Managing Director
Location: Šilutė
Main areas of responsibility:
- Search and acquisition of agricultural acreages;
- Planting of short rotation forestry - organization, management and control of this process;
- Negotiation and execution of biomass supply contracts and sales development in local and foreign markets;
- Participation in tenders of power stations regarding realization of biomasses;
- Development of partnerships for deliveries of waste material from the timber industry.
Requirements:
- University level education (agricultural engineering preferable);
- Not less than 3 years of working experience in biomasses production/sales or energy industry company;
- Not less than 5 years of managerial experience;
- Successful business development experience;
- Strong strategic planning, organizational skills;
- Responsible, assertive, able to make snap decisions;
- Very good English or German language skills (both verbal and written).
- Russian language skills would be an advantage.

- Technical support for all relevant marketing activities

Person qualification
- Practical experience in the ornamental and vegetable young plant production sector as well as customer support
- Sound knowledge of plant nutrition, soil science and phytopathology
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
- Degree in Horticulture
